The process begins with Design and Layout.

Your yarn is first inventoried by weight and yardage.  This information aids us in calculating how many units can be made in your production run.  Then we plan your warp and weft according to the patterns you have chosen (in the weaving world, this is known as drafting your pattern).  We have software that aids us in this design phase by allowing us to see a computer preview of the product.
