and Michael Busky Established in 1997 We are a small, family run farm breeding quality, ARI registered, huacaya alpacas in Central Massachusetts. We take a very hands on approach to our farm and lifestyle. Our services include: Agricultural Fairs and Events: This is the best place to see our animals up close. Ag fairs are great for the entire family. We exhibit at these fairs in order to promote alpacas and introduce them to people who may never have heard of them. We come prepared to entertain children, answer basic questions about the animals and demonstrate what we do with their fleece. We also have an annual open house which includes barn tours, fiber processing demos and refreshments in our Holiday Shoppe. Please see our calendar page for a schedule of events. Alpaca Fiber Products: We have a variety of our own "Made in the USA" fiber products for fiber artisans and garment wearers alike. We sell our products at a number of agricultural fairs and outings during the year and at our annual open house early in December. We do not have a year round store on the farm, but we do have a seasonal Open House & Holiday Shoppe in December for your holiday shopping convenience. Please check our calendar page for details. Can't make it to any of the locals events? We also do mail order! Farm Visits: For those who are seriously researching alpaca ownership, we offer farm visits by appointment. New alpaca owners who purchase animals from us can expect full support while you grow accustomed to your animals. Alpacas are different beasts from most other kinds of livestock. We feel it is our responsibility as breeders to teach our customers how to handle all aspects of these wonderful creatures. Services for existing alpaca owners and breeders: We offer breeding services and animal sales to help existing owners improve and diversify their herds. Additionally, we offer custom handweaving services catering to alpaca breeders who want to turn their yarn into woven products. Please click the links on this page or contact us for more information.
